Mode of Action

• Flubendiamide in Fame® activates ryanodine-sensitive intracellular calcium release channels known as ryanodine receptors, or RyR, within insects. These receptors control calcium flow, which is essential for muscle energy.

• By binding to RyR, flubendiamide disturbs the calcium flow, leading to muscle dysfunction and ultimately leading to the death of insects.
