Movento® Energy works through its two active ingredients, spirotetramat and imidacloprid, for effective pest control. Spirotetramat, a new keto-enol, acts through lipid biosynthesis inhibition. It has long-term efficacy against the developmental stages of multiple sucking pests. Its unique 2-way systemicity enables it to move both upwards and downwards to ensure complete protection of all parts of the plant from pests. 

On the other hand, imidacloprid is a nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (nAChR) inhibitor and results in disruption of the insect’s nervous system. This disruption of normal nerve function ultimately results in insect death.
