Ricestar is one of the best grass herbicides for paddy fields, protecting against late emergent weeds such as Echinochloa sp. (barnyard grass). The grass herbicide also offers flexibility in the application window and high crop safety, providing farmers with exceptional weed control in paddy.

The active ingredient in Ricestar herbicide is fenoxaprop-p-ethyl. Once absorbed by the leaves and stems of grassy weeds, fenoxaprop-p-ethyl interferes with the creation of fatty acids in the actively growing parts, disrupting the normal development of the weeds.

This disruption hampers the weed’s ability to grow and stay alive.
